I like to run a challenge with my team each month.
We have a team forum on Facebook for staying connected to each other.
The challenge is a different theme , with different requirements each time.
There is always a prize, which makes entering so much fun for my girls.
This months challenge is a simple one ...

It's great fun and it helps creat a sense
Of community amongst my team members ..
We don't all live close by each other so it's a great way
To socialise with other team members..
